Abstract
In 66 cases of carcinoma of the breast the estradiol receptors was determined and in 16 cases the progesterone receptor additionally, too. This was done in order th decide about endocrine therapy. The results of estrogen and progesterone receptors estimations were compared and correlated both the type of carcinoma and the degree of its histologic differentiation.

对66例乳腺癌患者测定了雌二醇受体，另外对16例患者还测定了孕酮受体。这样做是为了决定是否进行内分泌治疗。将雌激素和孕酮受体的测定结果进行了比较，并与癌的类型及其组织学分化程度进行了关联分析。
