To study the effect of Yiqiqubai granule combined with 308-nm excimer laser treatment for segmental vitiligo (SV).
A prospective research was performed in 233 patients with SV treated in Shanghai General Hospital from 11 February 2015 to 25 August 2016, they were divided into group A (n = 75), group B (n = 78) and group C (n = 80) according to the random number table. Group A was treated with Yiqiqubai granule, group B treated with 308-nm excimer laser and group C treated with combined treatments. The treatment time lasts for 6 months. The clinical efficacy, color-reverse rate and quality of life of the three groups were assessed.
After treatment, the effective rate and markedly effective rate of group C (87.5%, 51.3%) were significantly higher than group A (74.7%, 42.7%) and group B (80.8%, 47.4%) (p < .05). Color-reverse rate of group C (66.5 ± 17.6%) was much higher than group A (47.2 ± 16.4%) and group B (49.9 ± 24.2%) (p < .05). Significant differences were found among three groups after treatment in terms of embarrassment, social and work (p < .05).
The combination of 308-nm excimer laser and Yiqiqubai granule in the treatment of SV has good clinical effect.
研究益气祛白颗粒联合308nm准分子激光治疗节段性白癜风（SV）的效果。
对2015年2月11日至2016年8月25日在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院皮肤科就诊的233例SV患者进行前瞻性研究，按随机数字表法分为A组（n = 75）、B组（n = 78）和C组（n = 80）。A组采用益气祛白颗粒治疗，B组采用308nm准分子激光治疗，C组采用联合治疗。疗程均为6个月。观察三组临床疗效、复色率及生活质量。
治疗后，C组有效率（87.5%）和显效率（51.3%）均显著高于A组（74.7%，42.7%）和B组（80.8%，47.4%）（P < 0.05）。C组复色率（66.5±17.6%）明显高于A组（47.2±16.4%）和B组（49.9±24.2%）（P < 0.05）。治疗后三组在尴尬、社交及工作方面差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。
308nm准分子激光联合益气祛白颗粒治疗SV临床疗效较好。
