The vaginal flora in most healthy women is dominated by species. The absence of species in vaginal flora might lead to a series of symptoms, especially in pregnant women causing adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as preterm delivery. This review focuses on the progress in the research of the relationship between vaginal and preterm delivery, providing reference for the reduction of the incidence of preterm delivery.
大多数健康女性的阴道菌群以特定菌种为主导。阴道菌群中缺乏某些菌种可能会导致一系列症状，尤其是在孕妇中会导致不良妊娠结局，如早产。本综述聚焦于阴道菌群与早产关系的研究进展，为降低早产发生率提供参考。
