Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine an effective knee function rehabilitation program for athletes undergoing partial medial meniscectomy. Participants were randomly assigned to neuromuscular training (NT) or strength training (ST) group and subjected to functional assessments before surgery and again at 4, and 8 weeks . Functional knee assessment, such as Lysholm knee scoring, star excursion balance, and BTE PrimusRS isokinetic performance tests were evaluated in each group. All postoperational symptoms were significantly improved after 4 and 8 weeks of NT and ST. Both NT and ST programs showed effective knee function recovery seen as an increase in muscular strength and endurance. However, the NT program showed the most significant functional improvement of dynamic balance and coordination.

本研究的目的是为接受部分内侧半月板切除术的运动员确定一种有效的膝关节功能康复方案。参与者被随机分配到神经肌肉训练(NT)组或力量训练(ST)组,并在手术前、术后4周和8周再次进行功能评估。对每组进行功能性膝关节评估,如Lysholm膝关节评分、星形偏移平衡测试和BTE PrimusRS等速运动性能测试。NT组和ST组在术后4周和8周后,所有术后症状均有显著改善。NT组和ST组方案均显示出有效的膝关节功能恢复,表现为肌肉力量和耐力的增加。然而,NT方案在动态平衡和协调方面显示出最显著的功能改善。
