从20名健康供体获得的枸橼酸化和肝素化全血样本,在多个时间点对TEG 6s和TEG 5000的凝血参数进行分析。样本在TEG 6s中用枸橼酸化多通道试剂盒或血小板功能检测试剂盒激活,或在TEG 5000中用重新钙化的高岭土激活。
所有血液样本的TEG参数结果均在参考范围内,且随着储存时间的延长有高凝倾向。样本储存导致血小板抑制增加,在血小板功能检测试剂盒中4小时时存在显著差异(花生四烯酸抑制百分比,P = 0.002;二磷酸腺苷抑制百分比,P = 0.02)。
对于非紧急情况或在中心实验室环境中,在枸橼酸化多通道试剂盒中所有检测在长达4小时内提供可靠结果,在血小板功能检测试剂盒中血小板功能信息在3小时内可靠。在需要立即检测样本的紧急/急症情况下,可能首选快速TEG和功能性纤维蛋白原检测。
