To study the parameters of EZSCAN as a screening tool for diabetes in Chinese.
A total of 6,270 subjects participated in the study. All subjects underwent tests of EZSCAN, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), oral glucose tolerance test and HbA.
As EZSCAN-diabetes risk score increases, the risk of diabetes increases. EZSCAN can be used as a tool for screening for diabetes. At the best screening diabetes cut-off point value 44.5%, the sensitivity is higher than traditional method of FPG and HbA.

共有6270名受试者参与本研究。所有受试者均接受了EZSCAN、空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验及糖化血红蛋白(HbA)检测。
随着EZSCAN糖尿病风险评分升高,糖尿病风险增加。EZSCAN可作为糖尿病筛查工具。在最佳筛查糖尿病切点值44.5%时,其灵敏度高于传统的FPG和HbA检测方法。
