In this study, tellurium (Te) nanostructures were synthesized via a facile sonochemical method by reducing TeCl to Te under ultrasonic irradiation in methanol. Moreover, by carrying out the reaction in an alkaline environment TeO nanoparticles were produced. According to our knowledge, it is the first time that without secondary reducing agent Te are reduced to Te. Also, the effects of ultrasonic power, irradiation time, solvent, and surfactant on the morphology and particle size of Te nanostructures were investigated. The obtained products were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, FT-IR and DRS.
在本研究中,通过在甲醇中超声辐照下将四氯化碲(TeCl)还原为碲,采用简便的声化学方法合成了碲(Te)纳米结构。此外,通过在碱性环境中进行反应制备了二氧化碲(TeO)纳米颗粒。据我们所知,这是首次在没有二次还原剂的情况下将TeCl还原为Te。同时,研究了超声功率、辐照时间、溶剂和表面活性剂对Te纳米结构的形貌和粒径的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和漫反射光谱(DRS)对所得产物进行了表征。
