The localization of ANF binding sites in the mammary gland has been performed in virgin and lactating rats using an in vitro autoradiographic procedure performed on slide-mounted frozen sections. The radioligand used was rat [125I]ANF (99-126). It was demonstrated that specific ANF binding sites were present in the secretory cells and also to a lesser extent in acinar lumen. These results suggest that ANF could play some role in the production of fluid during lactation.
利用对载玻片上的冷冻切片进行的体外放射自显影程序，已在未孕和泌乳大鼠的乳腺中完成了心房钠尿肽（ANF）结合位点的定位。所使用的放射性配体是大鼠[125I]ANF（99 - 126）。结果表明，分泌细胞中存在特异性ANF结合位点，在腺泡腔中也有较少程度的存在。这些结果提示，ANF可能在泌乳期间的液体生成中发挥某种作用。
