A study is made of the state of cell and humoral immunity in patients with genital warts. The results show an increase in the T-suppressor lymphocyte population (T8+) (p less than 0.011) of these patients, which reduces the T-helper/T suppressor ratio (T4 +/T8 +). No alterations are observed in the humoral immunity on analyzing seric immunoglobulin concentration (IgA, IgG, IgM), complement factors (C3, C4), or their functionality (CH50).
对尖锐湿疣患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫状态进行了研究。结果显示，这些患者的T抑制淋巴细胞群体（T8 +）增加（p < 0.011），这降低了T辅助细胞/T抑制细胞比值（T4 +/T8 +）。在分析血清免疫球蛋白浓度（IgA、IgG、IgM）、补体因子（C3、C4）或其功能（CH50）时，未观察到体液免疫有改变。
