Abstract

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the species diversity of eels native to Aceh waters based on genetic data. Sampling was conducted in western coast waters of Aceh Province, Indonesia, from July to August 2016. Genomic DNA was extracted from the samples, a genomic region from the 5' region of the gene was amplified and sequenced, and this was then used to analyse genetic variation. The genetic sequences were blasted into the NCBI database. Based on this analysis there were three valid species of eels that occurred in Aceh waters, namely , , and

本研究的目的是基于遗传数据评估亚齐水域原生鳗鱼的物种多样性。2016年7月至8月在印度尼西亚亚齐省西海岸水域进行了采样。从样本中提取基因组DNA,扩增并测序基因5'区域的一个基因组区域,然后用于分析遗传变异。将遗传序列在NCBI数据库中进行比对。基于此分析,在亚齐水域出现了三种有效的鳗鱼物种,即 、 和 。
