Abnormal scars are a common complication of the wound healing process, associated with aesthetic, functional and psychological morbidities. The constant development of our understanding of the pathophysiology of scars has led to the development of different treatment modalities and protocols. Treatment during the early stages of wound healing is considered scar prevention and is associated with better cosmetic results than older mature scars. Several studies have demonstrated optimal results with therapeutic protocols combining different treatment modalities, the most important of them being laser technology. Every scar is unique and requires a customized approach and a combination of modalities to achieve the most aesthetic outcome.
异常瘢痕是伤口愈合过程中常见的并发症，与美学、功能和心理方面的疾病相关。我们对瘢痕病理生理学的认识不断发展，催生了不同的治疗方式和方案。伤口愈合早期的治疗被视为瘢痕预防，与较陈旧的成熟瘢痕相比，其美容效果更佳。多项研究表明，采用不同治疗方式相结合的治疗方案能取得最佳效果，其中最重要的是激光技术。每个瘢痕都是独特的，需要采用定制化方法并结合多种方式，以实现最理想的美学效果。
