Abstract

A copper(i)-mediated carboamination cascade reaction between vinyl azides and aryldiazonium salts is described. Functionally diverse N-substituted 1,2,3-triazoles were obtained in moderate to good yields through novel difunctionalization of vinyl azides by aryldiazonium salt sources. This method has a wide scope, good functional-group tolerance and insensitivity to an ambient atmosphere.

描述了一种铜(I)介导的乙烯基叠氮化物与芳基重氮盐之间的碳胺化串联反应。通过芳基重氮盐源对乙烯基叠氮化物进行新型双官能化反应,以中等至良好的产率获得了功能多样的N-取代1,2,3-三唑。该方法具有广泛的适用范围、良好的官能团耐受性以及对环境气氛不敏感的特点。
