Abstract

Three new compounds (1, 6, 9), with six known compounds (2-5, 7-8) were obtained from water-soluble extract of Cimicifuga dahurica (Turcz.) Maxim. by bioactivity-guided isolation. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis, including 1D, 2D NMR data and HRESIMS. HO-induced neurotoxicity on PC12 cells model were conducted to evaluate the neuro-protective capability of these compounds. The piscidic acid derivatives compounds 4-7 showed marked neuro-protective effect at certain concentration.

通过生物活性导向分离,从兴安升麻(Cimicifuga dahurica (Turcz.) Maxim.)的水溶性提取物中获得了三种新化合物(1、6、9)以及六种已知化合物(2 - 5、7 - 8)。通过化学和光谱分析,包括一维、二维核磁共振数据和高分辨电喷雾电离质谱对它们的结构进行了阐明。利用HO诱导的PC12细胞模型神经毒性来评估这些化合物的神经保护能力。鱼藤酸衍生物化合物4 - 7在一定浓度下表现出显著的神经保护作用。
