Phytochemical investigation of the 1-butanol soluble fraction of 60% ethanol extract of the seeds of Celosia cristata L. led to the identification of three new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins. Using D and D NMR experiment methods, ESI-MS analysis and acid hydrolysis, their structures were identified as 3-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-2β-hydroxy-oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-2β, 23-dihydroxy-oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) and 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-2-hydroxyl-medicagenic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyide (3), respectively.
对鸡冠花种子60%乙醇提取物的正丁醇可溶部分进行植物化学研究,鉴定出三种新的齐墩果烷型三萜皂苷。通过二维核磁共振实验方法、电喷雾电离质谱分析和酸水解,确定它们的结构分别为3-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基]-2β-羟基-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、3-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基]-2β,23-二羟基-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)和3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-2-羟基-地锦酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)。
