Cervical Myelopathy in a Patient Referred for Lower Extremity Symptoms.

The patient was a 38-year-old male referred to physical therapy with complaints of right lower extremity radicular pain and left lower extremity weakness. Following physical therapy examination, the primary care physician referred the patient to a neurologist, who performed electromyography and nerve conduction studies and ordered a magnetic resonance image.
