Abstract
Non-traumatic acute myelopathy caused by cervical disc herniation is rare, and no case has been reported which the disease was caused by the extrusion or migration of a cervical disc herniation of contiguously-located two-level disc space. In this report, the disease is described, and the direction of migration and surgical treatment of the disease are discussed.

颈椎间盘突出症引起的非创伤性急性脊髓病很少见，目前尚无因相邻两个节段椎间盘间隙的颈椎间盘突出症挤出或移位而导致该病的病例报道。在本报告中，对该病进行了描述，并讨论了其移位方向及手术治疗方法。
