The accuracy and usefulness of the score classifications most currently in use to assess testicular biopsies for infertility were comparatively evaluated in 40 consecutive specimens of the years 1979-1982. Our results suggested that score methods should be rejected and a comprehensive estimate of the morphological characteristics of the testis should be given, if no specific cause of damage can be recognized.
1979年至1982年期间，对连续40份标本的睾丸活检样本进行了比较评估，以比较当前用于评估不育症睾丸活检的评分分类方法的准确性和实用性。我们的结果表明，如果无法识别出特定的损伤原因，应摒弃评分方法，并对睾丸的形态特征进行全面评估。
