Abstract
5 patients with bilateral abdominal cryptorchidism are reported. Orthotopic autotransplantation of the right testis was performed in 4 cases and both testes in 1 case. Testicular vessels were anastomosed end-to-end with the inferior epigastric vessels. The ischemic testes were cooled to 20 degrees C. The vas was mobilized intact. We discuss the expediency of this organ-preserving operation, the type of vascular anastomosis and the use of local hypothermia.
摘要
报告了5例双侧腹腔隐睾患者。4例患者进行了右侧睾丸原位自体移植，1例患者进行了双侧睾丸原位自体移植。睾丸血管与腹壁下血管进行端端吻合。将缺血的睾丸冷却至20摄氏度。输精管完整游离。我们讨论了这种保留器官手术的适宜性、血管吻合的类型以及局部低温的应用。
