Abstract
Incidental observation of extra-striatal uptake of Tc-TRODAT-1 has been reported previously in multiple space-occupying lesions of the brain. We present here a SPECT/CT scan of a 60-year old female with parkinsonism, with normal presynaptic dopaminergic transporters expression and with an intense tracer uptake in a large right-sided frontoparietal meningioma.

先前已有报道称，在脑部多个占位性病变中偶然观察到锝[99mTc]TRODAT-1在纹状体外摄取。我们在此展示一名60岁帕金森病女性患者的SPECT/CT扫描结果，其突触前多巴胺能转运体表达正常，但在右侧额顶叶的一个大型脑膜瘤中有强烈的示踪剂摄取。
