which belongs to the family, grows in the Zagrossian region of Iran. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antifungal properties of and olive leaf extracts against different fungal species.
In this study, we assessed the activities of olive leaf extracts and leaf and fruit extracts against species, including , , and In addition, antifungal activities against three filamentous species, i.e., , and , were assessed, using the agar-well diffusion method.
The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) values of fruit and leaf extracts from ranged 6.25-12.5 mg ml and 6.25-25 mg ml against the tested and species, respectively. The olive leaf extract showed no activity against species or , while they exhibited antifungal potency against and (MIC: 12.5-25 mg/ml). The MICs of the mixture of selected extracts ranged from 6.25 to 25 mg/ml.
Based on the results, the ethanolic extracts of the selected plants exhibited antifungal potency against the tested fungi and could be used as natural antifungal agents.

[植物名称]果实和叶提取物对受试的[真菌种类1]和[真菌种类2]的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值分别为6.25 - 12.5毫克/毫升和6.25 - 25毫克/毫升。橄榄叶提取物对[真菌种类1]或[真菌种类2]无活性,而对[真菌种类3]和[真菌种类4]表现出抗真菌效力(MIC:12.5 - 25毫克/毫升)。所选提取物混合物的MIC范围为6.25至25毫克/毫升。
基于结果,所选植物的乙醇提取物对受试真菌表现出抗真菌效力,并可作为天然抗真菌剂使用。
