Gamma-Glutamyltranspeptase (gamma-GTP) activity was studied in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 131 patients with varying diseases of the nervous system. The enzyme activity proved to be drastically high in patients with cerebral stroke, cerebral or spinal tumors, disseminated encephalomyelitis, and depended on the disease severity, its activity and connection of the pathologic foci with the liquor paths. The diagnostic and prognostic importance of gamma-GTP evaluation in CSF is shown.
对131例患有不同神经系统疾病的患者的脑脊液（CSF）中的γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GTP）活性进行了研究。结果证明，患有脑卒中、脑或脊髓肿瘤、播散性脑脊髓炎的患者该酶活性极高，且取决于疾病的严重程度、其活性以及病理病灶与脑脊液通路的联系。研究显示了脑脊液中γ-GTP评估在诊断和预后方面的重要性。
