This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of Helicobacter pylori (HP) mediated PI3K/AKT/GSK3β signal pathways in the occurrence of gastric cancer.
For this purpose, a total of 90 patients were selected; 30 were suffering from gastric cancer and gastric ulcer (observation group I), 30 were suffering from pure gastric ulcer (observation group II) and 30 were with chronic gastritis (control group), and the lesion tissues were extracted by using endoscopy. Then, rapid urease test, RT-PCR and Western blot tests were conducted to detect the positivity rate of HP infection, the expression levels of PI3K/AKT/GSK3β mRNA and protein respectively.
The results showed that the positivity rate of HP infection, expression level of the PI3K/AKT/GSK3β mRNA and protein from the samples of the observation group I were significantly higher than other two groups (p-value <0.05).
HP may mediate the PI3K/AKT/GSK3β signal pathways in the occurrence of gastric cancer.
本研究旨在探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)介导的 PI3K/AKT/GSK3β信号通路在胃癌发生中的作用机制。
为此,共选择了 90 例患者;其中 30 例患有胃癌和胃溃疡(观察组 I),30 例患有单纯胃溃疡(观察组 II),30 例患有慢性胃炎(对照组),并通过内窥镜提取病变组织。然后,进行快速尿素酶试验、RT-PCR 和 Western blot 试验,分别检测 HP 感染的阳性率、PI3K/AKT/GSK3β mRNA 和蛋白的表达水平。
结果显示,观察组 I 样本的 HP 感染阳性率、PI3K/AKT/GSK3β mRNA 和蛋白的表达水平明显高于其他两组(p 值<0.05)。
HP 可能介导 PI3K/AKT/GSK3β 信号通路在胃癌的发生。
