In this retrospective study, we analyzed 175 patients who presented at our outpatient stroke clinic between January, 2013 and June, 2015 with either unilateral symptomatic or asymptomatic carotid artery disease, and who had had CT angiography imaging performed. Demographic properties, carotid artery stenosis and the anomaly of the circle of Willis was recorded.
There was no statistically significant difference in patients with symptomatic and asymptomatic carotid artery disease in terms of the anomaly of the circle of Willis.
在这项回顾性研究中，我们分析了2013年1月至2015年6月期间在我院门诊卒中诊所就诊的175例患者，这些患者均患有单侧有症状或无症状的颈动脉疾病，并已进行CT血管造影成像。记录了人口统计学特征、颈动脉狭窄情况以及Willis环异常情况。
有症状和无症状颈动脉疾病患者在Willis环异常方面无统计学显著差异。
