Studies about spreading of knowledge in nursing are recent. In order to contribute to the study of the nursing literature in Brazil, it was developed a model of instrument to analyse periodicals. The instrument was tested in a nursing periodical and it was found to be effective in stablishing who writes, what is written and even to relate the papers with present state of health and the historical evolution of the profession.
关于护理领域知识传播的研究是最近才开展的。为了推动巴西护理文献的研究，开发了一种分析期刊的工具模型。该工具在一份护理期刊上进行了测试，结果发现它在确定作者、所写内容以及将论文与当前健康状况和该专业的历史演变联系起来方面是有效的。
