More than hundred mayors leading cities and towns from around the world met at the Ninth Global Conference on Health Promotion, held in Shanghai (People's Republic of China), 21-24 November 2016. They reaffirmed the vision of Healthy Cities and the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion and committed politically to growing the global Healthy Cities movement. They invite every city to join.
