Abstract

spp. (Haemosporida, Leucocytozoidae) are vector-borne parasites of various birds. can infect different reticuloendothelial tissues and blood cells of birds. In this study peripheral blood samples were collected from Accipitriformes birds [three marsh harriers () and one tawny eagle ()] in one birds' garden in Iran. Blood films were observed for identification of hemoparasites. All samples were infected by different species. All of the observed species were first reported in Iran in Accipitriformes birds which one of them was described as a new species.

属（血孢子虫目，白细胞虫科）是多种鸟类的媒介传播寄生虫。可感染鸟类不同的网状内皮组织和血细胞。在本研究中，从伊朗一个鸟类园的鹰形目鸟类[三只沼泽鹞（）和一只茶色雕（）]采集外周血样本。观察血涂片以鉴定血液寄生虫。所有样本均感染了不同的属物种。所有观察到的物种均首次在伊朗的鹰形目鸟类中报道，其中一个物种被描述为新物种。
