Abstract

Two strains isolated from children with bacteremia in Mexico City were sequenced using PacBio RS-II single-molecule real-time (SMRT) technology. The strains consist of a 7.0- to 7.4-Mb chromosome, with a high content of mobile elements, and variation in the genetic content of class 1 integron In1409.

从墨西哥城患菌血症儿童中分离出的两株菌株,采用PacBio RS-II单分子实时(SMRT)技术进行了测序。这些菌株由一条7.0至7.4兆碱基的染色体组成,含有大量的可移动元件,且1类整合子In1409的基因内容存在变异。
