[Changes in liver enzymes during treatment with diltiazem. Description of 2 cases].

The authors report two cases of altered hepatic enzymes during diltiazem administration, in whom the derangement of enzymatic pattern developed some weeks after therapy was started. The withdrawal of the drug was followed by rapid normalization of enzymatic values.
