The genera of stingless bees play an important role as pollinators of plants. These bees are actively involved in the pollination of agricultural crops and known to have preferences in selecting flowers to pollinate. The aims of this study were to analyse the pollen load and flower constancy in , , and . Each individual of species stingless bees collected and was put in a 1.5 mL micro-tube contain 0.5 mL 70% ethanol:glycerol (4:1). Pollen loads on each individual of stingless bees was counted by hemocytometer. Flower constancy of stingless bees was measured based on percentage of pollen type loaded on the body. Results showed that the pollen loads of was the highest (31392 pollen grains) followed by (23017 pollen grains) and (8015 pollen grains). These species also demonstrated different flower constancy, on Poaceae flowers (76.49%), on Euphorbiaceae flowers (80.46%), and on Solanaceae flowers (83.33%).
无刺蜂属作为植物传粉者发挥着重要作用。这些蜜蜂积极参与农作物授粉,并且已知在选择授粉花朵方面有偏好。本研究的目的是分析[具体蜂种1]、[具体蜂种2]和[具体蜂种3]的花粉负载量和对花的专一性。收集的每只无刺蜂个体被放入一个装有0.5毫升70%乙醇:甘油(4:1)的1.5毫升微量管中。通过血细胞计数器对每只无刺蜂个体上的花粉负载量进行计数。基于蜜蜂身体上所负载花粉类型的百分比来测量无刺蜂对花的专一性。结果表明,[具体蜂种1]的花粉负载量最高(31392粒花粉),其次是[具体蜂种2](23017粒花粉)和[具体蜂种3](8015粒花粉)。这些蜂种对花的专一性也有所不同,[具体蜂种1]对禾本科花朵的专一性为76.49%,[具体蜂种2]对大戟科花朵的专一性为80.46%,[具体蜂种3]对茄科花朵的专一性为83.33%。
