[Implant changes in sliding endoprostheses].

Analysis of 6 failures of resurfacing gliding prostheses of the knee with necessary exchange operations. By this procedure of exchange of the loosened parts of the alloplasty, a good functional result could be achieved with the exception of one case. Importance of careful preoperative indication of gliding prostheses of the knee, where axis deviations of the leg as well as instability of the collateral ligaments should be particularly observed.
