Abstract

spp meticillin resistant infection can be treated with Linezolid. This is a case report of an orthopaedic implant infection in a 60 year-old male treated orally with Linezolid and Rifampicin for three months after one-stage arthroplasty. This is possible provided that platelet count is closely monitored throughout the course of treatment.

摘要

耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌感染可用利奈唑胺治疗。本文报告1例60岁男性患者，在一期关节置换术后，口服利奈唑胺和利福平治疗3个月，发生骨科植入物感染。只要在整个治疗过程中密切监测血小板计数，这种治疗方法是可行的。
