Bladder urothelial carcinoma is a common tumor in humans and a multifactorial disease. The gene is associated with tumor formation and may promote cell proliferation and migration. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between and bladder urothelial carcinoma.
The clinical and RNA sequencing expression data in patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma were downloaded from the The Cancer Genome Atlas data portal. A total of 412 bladder urothelial carcinoma samples were available in the database, for which the clinical information was acquired, of which 412 are RNA sequencing samples with a total of 19 paired samples. Univariate and multivariate Cox analyses and univariate logistic regression analysis were conducted using the software SPSS version 22.0 and <0.05 was considered statistically significant.
