Abstract

For healthcare financing to remain profitable and to continue to function, the care system must be innovative in terms of patient care. Work organisation has changed with the pricing system for medical acts. The system of enhanced recovery after surgery helps to reduce hospitalisation times and to reflect on organisation. Nurses are on the front line.
