Impact of two widely used commercial herbicides, i.e. Aminopielik D 450 SL and Chwastox 300 SL, on the uptake and translocation of selected heavy metals in wheat plants L. cultivated in the laboratory pot experiments was investigated. Mineral-humus, loamy sand soil representative for the central part of Poland was applied. Bioavailable, exchangeable and total forms of Cd, Co, Cu, Zn, Pb, and Mn were determined. Transfer coefficients, translocation, and bioaccumulation factors illustrating metal migration in the plant were investigated.
Administration of commercial herbicides significantly altered heavy metals uptake by wheat in a way distinctively different than that observed for the parent chemically pure synthetic auxins, i.e. 2,4-D and MCPA. In particular, Aminopielik D 450 SL and Chwastox 300 SL prompted heavy metals accumulation in roots as indicated by their high transfer coefficients. Further transport to above ground part of the plant was limited and element dependent.
This work clearly shows that commercial herbicide formulations may act in a distinctively different way than pure active ingredients alone.
研究了两种广泛使用的商业除草剂,即胺草磷D 450 SL和克芜踪300 SL,对实验室盆栽试验中种植的小麦植株中选定重金属吸收和转运的影响。使用了代表波兰中部的矿质腐殖质壤砂土。测定了镉、钴、铜、锌、铅和锰的生物可利用态、交换态和总量。研究了说明金属在植物中迁移的转移系数、转运和生物积累因子。
商业除草剂的施用显著改变了小麦对重金属的吸收,其方式与母体化学纯合成生长素,即2,4 - D和MCPA所观察到的明显不同。特别是,胺草磷D 450 SL和克芜踪300 SL通过其高转移系数表明促使重金属在根部积累。向植物地上部分的进一步转运是有限的且取决于元素。
这项工作清楚地表明,商业除草剂配方的作用方式可能与单独的纯活性成分明显不同。
