Abstract

A patient who presented with a clinically solitary intraparotid metastasis from a prostatic carcinoma is reported. The entity of metastatic disease in the parotid is reviewed. The importance of clinical and histologic distinction between primary and metastatic neoplasms of the parotid is stressed.
