To evaluate bone allograft associated to bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), in maxillary reconstructions.
Ten patients with alveolar bone deficiency in the anterior maxilla were randomly divided into control group (CG) and test group (TG). A bone block allograft was placed in both groups, but the graft was impregnated with BMAC only in TG. Computed tomography was performed 7 days (T1) and 6 months (T2) after the grafting procedure, and volume and bone density measurements were carried out. Histomorphometric analysis was performed at T2.
Bone volume loss from T1 to T2 was significant only in TG. The bone density in the buccal region of the graft was significantly higher in TG than in CG. There was no significant difference between the groups, in respect to mineralized tissue (MT) and nonmineralized tissue (NMT), in that MT values were 37.77% ± 15.19% and 43.85% ± 10.94%, and NMT values were 62.15% ± 14.90% and 56.30% ± 10.72%, respectively, for CG and TG. The intragroup difference for the MT/NMT ratio was statistically significant in CG but not significant in TG.
The use of BMAC resulted in an improved pattern of bone formation, with higher bone density in the peripheral regions of the graft.

10 例上颌前牙槽骨缺损患者随机分为对照组(CG)和试验组(TG)。两组均植入骨块同种异体骨,但 TG 组的移植物用 BMAC 浸渍。在移植术后 7 天(T1)和 6 个月(T2)进行计算机断层扫描,并进行体积和骨密度测量。在 T2 时进行组织形态计量学分析。
仅 TG 组在 T1 到 T2 期间出现骨体积丢失。TG 组移植骨颊侧骨密度明显高于 CG 组。两组之间在矿化组织(MT)和未矿化组织(NMT)方面没有显著差异,MT 值分别为 37.77%±15.19%和 43.85%±10.94%,NMT 值分别为 62.15%±14.90%和 56.30%±10.72%,CG 和 TG。CG 组的 MT/NMT 比值的组内差异具有统计学意义,但 TG 组无统计学意义。
使用 BMAC 可改善骨形成模式,使移植骨周围区域的骨密度更高。
