Invasive bacterial infections have become the leading cause of morbidity and mortality among solid organ transplant recipients (SOTRs). can cause a serious infection in SOTRs. Multidrug-resistant (MDR-) represents a major problem in liver transplant recipients. Here, we presented a respiratory infection related to MDR- pathogenesis in a patient who underwent liver transplantation due to acute hepatic failure. Accordingly, it has been emphasized that infections after the liver transplantation should be accomplished after due consideration of all relevant facts with a multidisciplinary approach.

侵袭性细菌感染已成为实体器官移植受者（SOTR）发病和死亡的主要原因。可在SOTR中引起严重感染。多重耐药（MDR - ）是肝移植受者中的一个主要问题。在此，我们报告了一例因急性肝衰竭接受肝移植的患者发生的与MDR - 发病机制相关的呼吸道感染。因此，强调肝移植后的感染应在充分考虑所有相关事实后采用多学科方法来处理。
