Abstract

strain DBC was isolated from crude oil-contaminated soil. The genome of DBC is comprised of 5,072,304 bp with 54.09% GC content. Genes for degradation of polyaromatic hydrocarbons were found in the genome, in addition to genetic elements for related physiological functions such as chemotaxis, detoxification, and quorum sensing.

菌株DBC是从原油污染土壤中分离出来的。DBC的基因组由5,072,304个碱基对组成,GC含量为54.09%。除了趋化性、解毒和群体感应等相关生理功能的遗传元件外,在该基因组中还发现了多环芳烃降解基因。
