Abstract

OBJECTIVES

To investigate the relationship between wound age and the expressions of frizzled-2 (Fzd2) mRNA and its protein in rats skeletal muscle after contusion, and to explore its possibility of being an index for wound age estimation.

METHODS

The mRNA and protein expressions of Fzd2 in rats skeletal muscle of the control group and the experimental group within 4-48 h after contusion were detected per 4 h by RT-qPCR and Western blotting.

RESULTS

AThe relative expression of Fzd2 mRNA increased at 24 h, 36 h and 40 h after contusion, and the expression at 24 h was twice as the control group ( <0.05). The relative expression of Fzd2 protein changed inconspicuously after contusion (>0.05).

CONCLUSIONS

The changes of Fzd2 mRNA expression after contusion in a certain time can be a basis to estimate wound age by combined multi-indicators.

目的

探讨大鼠骨骼肌挫伤后创面年龄与卷曲蛋白2(Fzd2)mRNA及其蛋白表达的关系,探索其作为创面年龄估计指标的可能性。

方法

采用RT-qPCR和蛋白质免疫印迹法,每4小时检测一次对照组和实验组大鼠骨骼肌挫伤后4-48小时内Fzd2的mRNA和蛋白表达。

结果

挫伤后24小时、36小时和40小时Fzd2 mRNA的相对表达量增加,24小时时的表达量是对照组的两倍(P<0.05)。挫伤后Fzd2蛋白的相对表达量变化不明显(P>0.05)。

结论

挫伤后一定时间内Fzd2 mRNA表达的变化可为联合多指标估计创面年龄提供依据。
