The purpose of this survey of Connecticut pedodontists was to determine the prevailing attitudes and practices of pedodontists concerning parents presence during examination and treatment visits. Response percentage was high, prompt, and strikingly bimodal, suggesting both a high degree of interest in, and strong views on, the topic as it pertains to patient management.
