Abstract

Five new limonoids, swieteliacates A-E (1-5) and a tirucallane-type triterpenoid, swietesenin (6), together with four known compounds (7-10) were isolated from fruit of Swietenia macrophylla. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses. The new compounds were tested in vitro for their cytotoxic effects against five human cancer cell lines. Compound 2 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against SW480 and HL-60 cancer cell lines with IC values of 30.6 and 32.9μM, respectively.

从马占相思果实中分离得到了五个新的柠檬苦素类化合物，swieteliacates A-E（1-5）和一个三萜类化合物，swietesenin（6），以及四个已知化合物（7-10）。通过光谱分析确定了它们的结构。对新化合物进行了体外细胞毒性测试，评估了它们对五种人癌细胞系的抑制活性。化合物 2 对 SW480 和 HL-60 癌细胞系表现出中等的细胞毒性活性，IC 值分别为 30.6 和 32.9μM。
