Fourteen patients on hemosorption therapy were studied for variations in functional activity of neutrophils isolated from peripheral blood. These variations were evaluated from neutrophil chemiluminescence during adhesion reflecting the generation of active forms of oxygen. A correlation was established between the positive effect of therapy and neutrophil activation which was most demonstrable by day 7 after the treatment.
对14名接受血液吸附疗法的患者进行了研究，以观察从外周血中分离出的中性粒细胞功能活性的变化。这些变化通过反映活性氧生成的黏附过程中的中性粒细胞化学发光来评估。治疗的积极效果与中性粒细胞活化之间建立了相关性，这在治疗后第7天最为明显。
