A comparative study with different bronchospasmolytic inhalers (fenoterol, ipratropium bromide, combination IK-6) was done with ten patients with obstructive airway disease. After a delayed initial effect (owing to the propellant gas) ipratropium bromide showed a bronchospasmolytic effect as good as fenoterol, but without circulatory side effects. The combination with low dosed fenoterol (Berodual) produced equally good subjective and objective results with less side effects than the high dosed fenoterol. These results should form the basis for an optimal long term treatment.
对10名患有阻塞性气道疾病的患者使用不同的支气管解痉吸入剂（非诺特罗、异丙托溴铵、IK-6组合）进行了一项对比研究。在出现延迟的初始效应（由于推进剂气体）后，异丙托溴铵显示出与非诺特罗一样好的支气管解痉效果，但没有循环系统副作用。低剂量非诺特罗组合（备劳得）产生了同样良好的主观和客观效果，且副作用比高剂量非诺特罗少。这些结果应成为优化长期治疗的基础。
