Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid leakage is usually caused by developmental abnormalities and is rare, accounting for approximately 5% of the cases of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage. To the best of our knowledge, clival dysplasia-caused CSF rhinorrhea has never been reported in the neurosurgical field.
CONCLUSION
Spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea is often treated by surgery, and a transsphenoidal approach repair is the main surgical method used, offering the advantages of less trauma, fewer complications, rapid postoperative recovery, and low recurrence rate.

引言
自发性脑脊液漏通常由发育异常引起，较为罕见，约占脑脊液漏病例的5%。据我们所知，神经外科领域从未报道过由斜坡发育异常导致的脑脊液鼻漏。
结论
自发性脑脊液鼻漏通常采用手术治疗，经蝶窦入路修补是主要的手术方法，具有创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快、复发率低等优点。
