We report a rare delayed complication of pseudoaneurysm formation and rupture after stereotactic radiotherapy for cerebral arteriovenous malformation. The patient presented with intracerebral haemorrhage due to rupture of a pseudoaneurysm in the previously irradiated field, which was excised for histological examination. The literature was reviewed for similar cases.
我们报告了一例脑动静脉畸形立体定向放射治疗后罕见的迟发性并发症，即假性动脉瘤形成和破裂。患者因先前照射野内假性动脉瘤破裂导致颅内出血而就诊，假性动脉瘤被切除用于组织学检查。我们对类似病例进行了文献复习。
