To investigate the coping styles and subjective well-being of nurses in the emergency treatment room of grade A tertiary hospitals in a province of China, and to explore the relationship between coping styles and subjective well-being. In January 2016, 189 nurses in the emergency treatment room were selected from 9 grade A tertiary hospitals in a province of China by random sampling. The general data, coping styles, and subjective well-being of these nurses were analyzed using the general questionnaire, coping style questionnaire, and Campbell index of well-being scale, respectively. The total score of subjective well-being of nurses in the emergency treatment room was 7.54, and the subjective well-being was significantly different between the nurses with different professional titles and between those with different education levels (=3.46 and 3.47, both <0.05). The score of illusion coping style differed significantly across the nurses of different ages (=5.17, <0.05) , the scores of self-reproach, illusion, and withdrawal coping styles differed significantly across the nurses with different nursing years (=3.99, 5.30, and 4.97, all <0.05) , and the score of illusion coping style differed significantly across the nurses with different education levels (=5.09, <0.05). Most (71.9%) of the nurses in the emergency treatment room adopted the mature coping style. Subjective well-being was positively correlated with problem-solving, help-seeking, and rationalization (=0.232, 0.018, and 0.167, all <0.05) and negatively correlated with withdrawal (=-0.146, <0.05) . Most nurses in the emergency treatment room adopt the mature coping style. Their subjective well-being and coping style vary with different ages, nursing years, professional titles, and education levels, and the subjective well-being is relatively low.
为调查中国某省三级甲等医院急诊室护士的应对方式和主观幸福感，并探讨应对方式与主观幸福感之间的关系。2016年1月，通过随机抽样从中国某省9家三级甲等医院的急诊室选取189名护士。分别使用一般问卷、应对方式问卷和坎贝尔幸福感指数量表对这些护士的一般资料、应对方式和主观幸福感进行分析。急诊室护士主观幸福感总分7.54分，不同职称和不同学历护士的主观幸福感存在显著差异（分别为3.46和3.47，均<0.05）。不同年龄护士的幻想应对方式得分差异有统计学意义（=5.17，<0.05），不同护龄护士的自责、幻想和回避应对方式得分差异有统计学意义（分别为3.99、5.30和4.97，均<0.05），不同学历护士的幻想应对方式得分差异有统计学意义（=5.09，<0.05）。急诊室大多数护士（71.9%）采用成熟应对方式。主观幸福感与解决问题、寻求帮助和合理化呈正相关（分别为0.232、0.018和0.167，均<0.05），与回避呈负相关（=-0.146，<0.05）。急诊室大多数护士采用成熟应对方式。其主观幸福感和应对方式随年龄、护龄、职称和学历的不同而有所差异，且主观幸福感相对较低。
