Many questions have arisen in connection with the problems of advanced age. They cannot be solved by means of our overcome medical knowledge alone, but require constant open-mindedness. It could be demonstrated how important the dialogue is between legislation, administration, medicine, sociology, and psychology. Only this will enable us to keep pace with the increased significance of the complex problems of advanced age. Accordingly, dialogues like the present one should be continued, as we sincerely hope.
与高龄问题相关出现了许多问题。这些问题无法仅靠我们现有的医学知识来解决，而是需要始终保持开放的心态。可以证明立法、行政、医学、社会学和心理学之间的对话是多么重要。只有这样才能使我们跟上高龄复杂问题日益增加的重要性。因此，正如我们衷心希望的那样，像本次这样的对话应该继续下去。
