Abstract
A 5-year-old male barn cat was presented with lethargy and excessive bleeding following castration. The patient developed hemolytic anemia and diagnostic tests revealed infection with feline immunodeficiency virus and This case serves as a reminder of the importance of testing for infectious diseases and educating owners on feline infectious disease prevention and management.
