A study was made of the survival, frequency and time of the development of chronic renal failure (CRF) in 712 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) treated more than once (2 to 23 times) in the sanatorium Bairam-Ali. It was shown that a more benign course was typical of latent and hypertonic forms among the clinical ones and mesangioproliferative, mesangiomembranous and membranous variants among the morphological variants of CRF. It should be noted that CRF frequency in these groups was lower and developed much later than in the other CGN variants. Prognosis was unfavorable in the patients over 50. The highest survival was noted among the patients aged 20 to 29. Tonsillectomy did not make a positive effect on the CGN course.
对712例慢性肾小球肾炎（CGN）患者在拜拉姆 - 阿里疗养院接受多次（2至23次）治疗后的慢性肾衰竭（CRF）存活率、发生频率及时间进行了研究。结果表明，在临床类型中，潜伏型和高血压型病程较为良性；在CRF的形态学类型中，系膜增生性、系膜膜性和膜性变体病程较为良性。需要注意的是，这些组中的CRF发生率低于其他CGN变体，且发生时间要晚得多。50岁以上患者预后不良。20至29岁患者的存活率最高。扁桃体切除术对CGN病程没有产生积极影响。
