BACKGROUND
Angiolipomas are mesenchymal tumors composed of mature adipocytes with abnormal vascular elements. They are most commonly found in subcutaneous tissues of the trunk and are rarely seen at craniospinal axes.
CASE DESCRIPTION
We present an untypical case of frontal lobe angiolipoma manifested with seizures and initially described as an arteriovenous malformation.
CONCLUSION
MRI with fat-suppression sequence plays key role in angiolipomas diagnostics.
背景
血管脂肪瘤是由成熟脂肪细胞和异常血管成分组成的间叶性肿瘤。它们最常见于躯干的皮下组织，很少见于颅脊柱轴。
病例描述
我们报告一例表现为癫痫发作的额叶血管脂肪瘤不典型病例，最初被描述为动静脉畸形。
结论
脂肪抑制序列的磁共振成像在血管脂肪瘤的诊断中起关键作用。
